- WBC & WMC STATE MUAY THAI CHAMPION
- PERFORMANCE MINDSET COACH
- LEADER OF MENS BOOTCAMPS IN VIC, WA, QLD, NT
Passionate about Freedom.
Particularly freedom from fear. Wanting to be able to say "Yes" to opportunities in front of him without submitting to fear of failure.
An only child and a late bloomer Niall found he got attention and felt more 'masculine' by challenging himself with extreme sports like Kickboxing and Bullriding.
Through these sports he was drawn to training in NLP, Hypnosis and other tools to find peak states.
Later in a bout of depression and lack of purpose he started connecting with menswork events and spiritual practices like vision quests, plant medicine work and meditation retreats.
His mission in these bootcamps is to open men up to a fuller expression of the REAL them.
More confident in their true self, more courageous and free to act on their dreams.

TESTIMONIALS

BUSINESS CLARITY and WORK/LIFE BALANCE
Jai, 23
Health Club Owner
"Before I attended the retreat I always felt like I had some degree of mental blockage. I was lacking in clarity about what exactly I had to do every single day
Over the retreat I felt my mind start to unwind - I starting finding strength again in who I was and started to feel a little more clear on some actions I needed to take care of in my business that were effecting me personally.
After the retreat I had the strength, clarity, and, personal power to ‘take care of business’ so to speak and really start to shape my life exactly as I wanted rather than compromising! I took charge of the little things that added up, the ones that when added up began to weigh heavy on me.
I would recommend the retreat to people that feel stuck and a little bit foggy and powerless or lost and over whelmed by their current situation.
The retreat will give you clarity to sort your life out, energy and power to act, and calmness and centeredness to act from a place of core confidence in yourself and your actions. A game changer, in a very positive Arefay Way!"

SELF CONFIDENCE AND AUTHENTICITY
Tony, Machine Operator
"...(I was) A guy that would keep to himself, socially awkward, and not vulnerable – I struggled initiating in conversations, and meeting new people.
Always afraid of what others would think of me, no confidence within myself, and didn’t feel that I was good enough.
I would often put others in-front of me to show that I care about them. But it also meant that I put myself down, (I have realized) you can have both.
My initial goals were to improve my social skills but has evolved to become more confident. I’m now working on becoming more authentic and true to myself
Being more confident has led me to take more action. Before, the hardest part of anything was to get started because of the fear that things could go wrong.
I have built self-respect through saying yes to things that I do want and saying no to what I don’t want.
(I’ve learned)... what you most fear most hasn’t happened yet. It’s the story that you tell yourself that puts the limits on yourself."

A WEEKEND OF SELF DISCOVERY AND SHARING
Tom, Business Coach
"For me, the retreat was an opportunity to find out more about myself. The chance to be open, talk about myself and not be judged.
Physically I got the confidence to run, which I hadn't for 18 months following knee surgery.
Emotionally, the confidence to be myself, others have the same issues, and I’m no different.
Spiritually, always be positive. Always be grateful for what you have.
Now, I Feel more positive. Feel more confident taking the downturns, knowing I’ll come back up.
This retreat is for someone who is on a journey to find themselves, and accept who they are.
Someone who is feeling like they are having negative thoughts, like they are alone in that way of thinking.

It was amazing. An adventure over a couple of days to kick start a journey of self discovery. "
WORK RESET and WORK/LIFE BALANCE
Michael,
Business Analyst
"...It was time to refresh things, and change the status quo. Business was stagnating and consequently taking up too much attention.
That attention was also mostly negative in basis too, so I was focused on changing this. However, I knew the last thing I needed was a business seminar. I needed something to really point my attention towards a rounded and grounded life.
It was a great opportunity to force myself back into doing things that
benefitted myself in those three ways, and stop focusing on material
things.
Being reminded that general wellbeing is the basis for
achieving in other areas of life is one thing, but being in an
environment where one has to actually walk the walk is another and
that is what the retreat was about,
...Getting out of bed at 4.30am. That was a stretch. Being at the beach
at dawn and working on mental shifts was great. Just knowing that you are doing even small things others don't is a good start to increasing momentum towards achieving more than others or even oneself could have otherwise.
I'm much more willing to take time for myself without any guilt and
with accepting that it is actually an investment.
(This) retreat will make you spend a few days in ways that you otherwise wouldn't. "
